OneDrive for Business allows you to save files to the cloud instead of your PC so you can access them on any device. Only you and whoever you choose to share them with can view these documents.
Log in to OneDrive for Business
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal to use the web app.
- Open File Explorer on your staff desktop. Above This PC, you'll see a folder called OneDrive - University of St Andrews. Anything you save here uploads to the cloud.
- Download the mobile app from your app store.

‘Bookings with me’ in Outlook is a web-based personal
scheduling page that integrates with the free/busy information from your Outlook calendar. This allows staff and students to schedule a meeting or appointment with you. How to use 'Bookings with me'
- Log a call with the IT Service Desk to request Bookings with me.
- After receiving a confirmation email from IT Services to advise you that your access has been granted, it may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
- Visit the 'Bookings with me' section in Outlook to create and manage your page.
- Set up your Bookings with me page. If you haven't done this before, please follow our 'Create your Bookings with me page' video tutorial.
- Share your Bookings with me page with others or add a link to your email signature.
- When students book time with you using your page, Outlook generates a calendar appointment for you both to accept.
