AV support for conferences and events
IT Services can provide and set up the equipment you need for your conference or event.
Our standard package includes:
- An initial consultation to discuss your requirements.
- Use of the existing audio visual equipment in your chosen venue.
- An overview and demonstration on the day from an IT staff member.
- Daily check-ins throughout the course of your event to ensure everything is running smoothly.
This service is free if your event takes place Monday to Friday between 9am to 8pm and is both:
- hosted by the University of St Andrews
- related to research, learning, and teaching
