'Ethical Issues in International Estate Planning' (Bloomberg/Tax Management, Inc. Portfolio No. 872, 1st edition), is both a work of scholarship and a practice guide for attorneys, which analyzes the ethical rules and professional regulations that are implicated by multijurisdictional practices, especially those that reach outside the United States, with emphasis on competence, choice of law, rules governing associations of firms, and unauthorized practice issues.
