This will be the first tree-ring conference in the United Kingdom for about 20 years and we hope to add a Scottish flavour to the experience. The TRACE 2014 conference will be held on 6-10 May 2014 in Aviemore, Scottish Highlands, United Kingdom. It will be organised by the St Andrews Tree-Ring Laboratory of the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences (University of St Andrews) in conjunction with the Association for Tree-ring Research (ATR). TRACE 2014 seeks to strengthen the network and scientific exchange of scientists and students involved in the study of tree-rings. It aims at presenting and discussing new discoveries and approaches across the breadth of tree-ring science.
