The Scottish Credit Accumulation and Transfer (SCOTCAT) system allows credits gained in Scotland to be transferred between institutions. The number of credits associated with a module gives an indication of the amount of learning effort required by the learner. Module description

Student dissertations will be supervised by members of the teaching staff who will advise on the choice of subject and provide guidance throughout the progress of the dissertation. The completed dissertation must be no more than 15,000 words.
