We recognise that estranged students may have particular support needs, and any student who identifies as estranged will be offered an initial meeting with a Wellbeing Adviser to ensure that they have access to appropriate support.
The University of St Andrews has two support coordinators for estranged students, who act as dedicated contact points for those who are estranged from their families.
Our dedicated contacts can offer ongoing support and impartial guidance as required and can direct applicants and students to relevant support services within the University.
If you have any questions about applying to the University of St Andrews or are currently studying at the University and would like more details about the support that the University offers, please contact the appropriate person below.
