Russell Trust Awards (Postgraduate Research)
For registered PhD students who require funds to travel in order to further a project connected with their studies.
Welfare Grant Fund
The University can provide financial assistance in exceptional circumstances in the form of a grant from the Welfare Grant Fund. Awards will be made for the current year of study only.
Discretionary Accommodation Award
Students in financial difficulties with accommodation costs are eligible to apply for a Discretionary Accommodation award. Successful students who are in University accommodation will receive an amount to offset their accommodation fee. The
University Loan Fund
The University can provide a University Loan to students when they have a temporary cash flow problem and have no access to any other funding. All matriculated students are eligible to apply.
