How can I view my timetable?
Your personal timetable can be viewed in MySaint only after you have enrolled on your course and have been allocated to your classes. It may take 24 hours for your personal timetable to update.
Why are my non-core classes not showing in my personal timetable?
All of your classes should show on your personal timetable, but please allow at least 24 hours following your allocation or sign-up to tutorials/seminars/labs etc. for these to show. Some schools use MMS for tutorial sign up and others use alternative methods. Please contact the relevant school for further information regarding these classes.
What should I do if I discover a clash in my timetable?
We make every effort to schedule the timetable for you to attend all of the core activities of your chosen modules. Unfortunately clashes sometimes occur from unplanned or late changes. If you identify a clash, please speak to your Adviser or School in the first instance.
What should I do if I wish to change module choices?

How can I book a room for a society event?
For evening bookings after 6pm and weekends, please contact Timetabling Services, the Students' Association or Accommodation, Conferences and Events to book rooms.
Please note that a minimum of three days notice is required for all Monday to Friday room bookings.
