Collaborative applications
Collaborative applications are those that involve researchers from:
- multiple Schools within the University
- outwith the University
All ethical review applications must list all researchers (including assistants and students) involved in the project.
CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) - this provides a structured framework for defining and acknowledging the roles typically played by contributors to scientific scholarly output. Although it was designed with the sciences in mind, it may be useful for collaborative research across other disciplines. Researchers are encouraged to reflect on this when planning collaborative research and collaborative ethical review applications.
