First Aid at Work

Qualifications needed

1 day e-Learning must be completed prior to attending 2 days classroom based elements.

Course information

A new blended learning approach, candidates now complete online self-study e-Learning before completing two trainer-led days in the classroom, engaging in the practical side of First Aid. 

Candidates can NOT progress unless online outcomes have been satisfactorily completed.

The course will cost £145.00 and includes lunch, full payment must be made in advance.

University staff members attending the course must supply a cost code from an authorised signatory such as the head of school/unit stating that your department will cover the course fees.

NOTE: In the event of you failing to attend the course and/or notifying us less than 48 hours prior will result in EHSS/CHASE retaining all fees paid.

Aims and objectives

Learners will develop the skills and knowledge need to deal with a range of first aid related situations.
