Course information
This course requires pre-work to be completed at least one week in advance.
In advance of the workshop, participants are required to complete an online questionnaire to receive a personalised DiSC profile on the day, giving information about their behavioural preferences in the workplace.
This workshop is for any student that wants to reflect on and develop their leadership skills. It will give students an opportunity to think about what effective leaderships styles are, and practise some key leadership skills like communication, problem solving and perseverence. The session will centre on the DiSC model of workplace behaviours, and participants will be able to reflect on their own preferred behaviours as well as thinking about how they can adapt their leadership style when working with those who have different preferred behaviours. The cost of the DiSC profile will be met by CEED.
