Course information

This is one of six linked workshops in communication.

Cathy MacDonald, a former police officer who for much of her service was deployed as a hostage and crisis negotiator, developed her series of ‘Grab and Dash’ workshops to connect, understand and influence.

A series of connected lectures, discussions, case studies, film clips and practical sessions are all delivered in a professional and energised style to enhance your communication skills in business, study, socially and at home. An optional ‘take away’ task will be offered in support of the learning outcome and a workbook will be provided. The link to the online workbook is: Workbook - Art of Communication.pdf (dropbox.com)

Whilst the six workshops are designed to build on each other in terms of content and skills, students are permitted to attend some of them (workshops 1, 2, 3 or 4) as individual workshops.

There are no prerequisite requirements for attendance. Each workshop is free, so make sure to book yours now!
