Application for admission to graduating status
Overseas visiting students may apply to change their status to complete an undergraduate degree at St Andrews. This is known as applying for admission to graduating status. If you are here for Semester 1 only, you should first apply to extend your stay for a full year before applying to change your status.
The deadline for applying is Monday of Week 11 in Semester 2 (1 April 2024). Applications will be considered after the results for Semester 2 and year-long modules have been reported in June. Students will be informed of the outcome of their applications by Friday 21 June 2024.
To apply, complete the application for admission to graduating status form (Word) and submit it to Registry at registry-ug@st-andrews.ac.uk. Include a transcript from your home institution if appropriate.

Home students
Visiting students whose tuition fee status is 'Home' may apply for admission to St Andrews through UCAS. Applications received after the 31 January deadline are unlikely to be considered. See the fee status policy for further information about 'Home' fee status.
