Discounted venue hire for staff and students
The following discounts apply to Academic Schools, service units and student societies:
- Wardlaw Museum evening hire: 25%
- Wardlaw Museum half day or full day: by negotiation
- Learning Loft daytime hire: 25%
- Learning Loft evening hire: 15%
- Wardlaw Museum gallery: 25%
Room hire fees do not apply to the University's Development team when using Museums venues for events in support of their efforts to secure philanthropic support for the University. Staffing costs apply for out-of-hours events.
Free use
- Staff and students can use the Bell Pettigrew Museum of Natural History, for free, for events during building opening hours.
- Academic Schools, service units and student societies can use the Learning Loft for half a day, for free, every year.
Block bookings
Email timetabling@st-andrews.ac.uk to request a block booking for recurring classes during a semester.
