If you are visiting with a large group, have accessibility questions or would like to confirm your requirements, email museumenquiries@st-andrews.ac.uk before your visit.

Staff will be more than happy to assist with any accessibility requirements.

The Bell Pettigrew Museum is on the ground floor of the University's Bute Medical Building, and it has:

  • ramp access (no automatic doors)
  • one accessible car parking space at the side of the building (17 feet from the entrance)
  • additional paid parking on South Street 
  • toilets on the ground floor (including an accessible one in the Bute building)

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.

A baby change unit can be provided by request.
