Mediation Consultation and Development Service
The University of St Andrews Mediation Service is pleased to announce the launch of a new provision to assist organisations in creating a culture of positive communication and constructive conflict resolution.
When change is on the horizon and transitions are to be navigated, mediation is an effective approach. Mediation builds essential attributes for leaders and agents of change through an extraordinary set of skills; listening, negotiation, communication, interpersonal effectiveness, problem solving, goal setting, action planning, personal resilience, and emotional regulation.
We offer a range of training from individual sessions in conflict resolution to a five-day accredited mediation training course.
We support newly trained and experienced mediators to build their expertise in conflict resolution and mediation by providing quality mediation supervision and consultation.
We offer one to one and team consultations, deliver bespoke sessions to identify effective methods of utilising mediation in your organisation and are available to tender for contracts to equip leaders, managers and practitioners.
