Research areas
Sabina Siebert is a Professor of Management in the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. Her research is located within the broad areas of human resource management, organisational behaviour and organisation studies. Specifically, she researches organisational trust and trust repair, change management, and sociology of the professions. Her projects span various disciplines, including healthcare, sociology, anthropology, and arts and humanities.
In 2019 Sabina became an Academic Fellow of the Scottish Parliament where with Professor Kevin Orr she has been researching Parliament buildings and how they impact on organisational practices. With Professor Barbara Czarniawska from the University of Gothenburg she is studying careers of secret agents, a project funded by the British Academy.
