Dr Sandra Romenska

Biography
Dr Sandra Romenska joined the School of Management in August 2014 with experience in teaching leadership, organisational change, research methods and human resource management. Previously she has worked as a lecturer at the Worcester Business School and as a researcher at the University of Leicester, investigating technological innovation and the future of learning and teaching. She has delivered trainings and has been an invited speaker at the Project Management Institute Global Congress GAC Forum, the World Universities Forum at Davos, UNESCO and Fulbright events. In 2013 Sandra won a competition for strategic vision papers by the European Commission's Institute for Prospective Technological Studies in Seville, Spain. Sandra has managerial experience in the non-government and charity sector after working with Save the Children-UK. She has an MA from the University of Warwick and a DPhil from the University of Oxford.
