Knowledge sharing in the midst of uncertainty

School of Management reader Dr Vicky Ward contributed a lecture as part of the University of St Andrews Global Challenges Lecture Series 2022: Leadership in Global Health.

Dr Ward's lecture, the second in a series of five, was titled 'Understanding and supporting knowledge sharing in the midst of uncertainty'. Her presentation examined the case of interprofessional healthcare teams, which can offer a powerful way of bringing together the knowledge and expertise needed to address healthcare issues which are not the sole preserve of one profession or organisation.

Across the series, speakers explore what global health challenges have taught us and how these lessons can be applied to leadership practice in the future.
