PDMS - Personal Development Management System
PDMS provides a single source of information for in-house training and personal development courses. Staff can use this page to sign up for helpful programmes, and to keep a record of training they have undertaken.
Education Blog
The Education blog is a public space to showcase the world-leading approaches to teaching and learning seen in the University of St Andrews. On the blog you can read teaching case studies, watch inaugural lectures and read about good practice in teaching, plus much more.
Saints Skills
Saints Skills Awards help you get and talk about the skills employers want.
There are two awards: Saints Skills Builder Award, for developing new skills, and Saints Skills Spotlight Award, for talking about your existing skills. Both awards are open to all students, in any year of study.
Graduate Attributes Platform
The Graduate Attributes Platform allows you to log any activities you take part in, to track your progress as you develop your skills. You can find out more about the portal on the Graduate Attributes page.
CELPIE
CELPiE is a space and platform for staff to share their experiences and ideas with the Community of Practice, or be inspired by the resources in the CELPiE Inspiration Centre.
CELPiE also has a vibrant online community on its Teams channel, which is open to all current staff - we look forward to seeing you there!
Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP)
A Vertically Integrated Project (VIP) is an ongoing research project led by an academic supervisor and made up of a team of students from any level of study (the ‘vertical’ aspect). The team of students can come from different subject areas with diverse backgrounds and skills across both arts and science. Students can earn credit and receive a grade for the project.
