When your registration is processed, you will be sent a Certification Pack which contains instructions for accessing MOS training materials. On receiving your certification pack, you should install the GMetrix Skills Management System software, which will enable you to evaluate your skill level and identify weak skill areas. The GMetrix training resource contains practise tests for all MOS 365 Apps exams (MOS 2019 practise tests are also included but you should aim to upgrade to O365 so that you can sit the most current version). When you are prepared to sit an exam, as demonstrated by your GMetrix test performance, you should request an exam place through the MOS Exam Booking Form (the link is included in your Certification Pack). Exam dates will be scheduled throughout the year, a few months in advance; dates currently available are listed on the MOS homepage.
There are other training resources available to help address skill areas in need of improvement, such as the Microsoft Imagine Academy online courses. See the certification process pages for more information about other training resources and sitting exams.
