Sir Michael Everard was an English captain in the Anglo Dutch Brigade. He had been serving since at least 1608, and fought at Juliers-Cleves in 1614. He served at the siege of Bergen-op-Zoom in 1622, where he was mortally wounded in an attack on 16 August. He was dead before the end of the month.
