Walter Fitzwilliam was an Englishman who formed part of the English embassy to Russia in 1600: this was presumably Richard Lee's unsuccessful trade embassay on behalf of the Muscovy Company which set sail in June 1600. He was in Tallinn on 4 June 1601 when Henry Francklin [SSNE 7821] noted his arrival there.
