Joachim Pötter Lillienhof was sent to England in the 1650s as part of a negotiating team to deal with compensation claimed by the Swedes for their ships brought up in England during the Anglo-Dutch wars. He travelled with Joachim Pötter Lillienhof. They represented Kommerskollegium and appear to have remained in England from 1657-1658, entering into negotiations with the East India Company over ships and the Africa trade.
