Master Henry Wind was noted as an English volunteer in the Swedish army in 1631. The fact he was named in the Swedish Intelligencer suggests he was an officer, or at least a person of rank. He was in the first wave on the assault of Creuznach in early 1631 and was shot in the shoulderThe Swedish Intelligencer: The Second Part (London, 1632), pp.81-83.
