In September 1628 a Mr. Dulbier (probably a captain) received a letter from the English Privy Council allowing him to take some cavalry he had levied (originally for the use of King Charles I) to Sweden as King Gustav II Adolf had requested cavalry. It is unknown whether Dulbier arrived in Germany
