Georg Rudolph Weckerlin (1584-1653) emigrated to London c.1642.He was a member of the Rosicrucian group based in Strasbourg - 'Aufrichte Geselleschaft von der Tanne'. In London he became an associate of Samuel Hartlib and held several key Chancery positions
