Thomas Cockburn was noted as a Scottish burgess of Stockholm in 1573, appearing in the Stockholmsstads Tankeboker that year. He presumably died that year as in June that year he is already called "late" and was named in a case involving Andrew Keith [SSNE 1534], regarding money he owed to Keith. This is probably the same as Thomas Colburn noted as one of many who owed Hans Blandt money in 1573.J. Almquist, Stockholms stads tänkeböcker 1568-1575, (Stockholm, 1941), pp. 261, 263, 269, 272; T.
