MAURITZDOTTER, CATHARINA [SSNE 6255]

Catharina Mauritzdotter Murray [1586-1669] was the wife of Thomas Thomson [SSNE 1648]. They had 15 children, many of whom were also in Swedish military service, most prominently Patrick [SSNE 3670] and Alexander [SSNE 3664]. Catharina became a widow in 1643. On 10 July 1645 she received confirmation of of the estates of Vrana and Munkevrak. She is mentioned in correspondence by her son Alexander's heirs.
