In 1644 William Houyson was elected an Elder of the Cracow Assembly. He was married to a woman called Eliza (who was buried in February 1666). He was buried at Cracow on 6th August 1647. In 1651 Anna Wilelmowa Huysen (presumably his daughter) was noted amongst the contributors to the subsidy collected for King Charles II. In Posen that year a Wilhelm Huysen paid 100 florins toward the subsidy but it is not certain what the connection was between these twoA.F.
