MICHEE, THOMAS [SSNE 3063]
Text source
Thomas Michee was a Scottish burgess of Stockholm. He appears to have been active as a trader in Stockholm from 1588 and is noted as paying taxes every year until 1592.
On 23 June 1589 Thomas Michee took his burgess oath before the Stockholm magistrates.
Thomas Michee was married to Margareta Persson. On 18 August 1591 Thomas' brother-in-law and late wife's brother, Oluf Persson "skeppsskrivare" petitioned the Stockholm city magistrates regarding his inheritance of a house which Margaret had made over to him.
He owned property in Stockholm c. 1594. This house fell into the possession of Henry Leyell [SSNE 182].
