Anthony Barker was first an ensign in James Spens' [SSNE 1642] recruited infantry regiment, then a reformed ensign in George Crawford's [SSNE 2086] regiment. He remained an ensign when he joined George Fleetwood's [SSNE 2208] company. There he became reformed, and was a reformed ensign in Fleetwood's regiment.
