Andrew Balfour was a Scottish officer in Swedish service from 1631-1638. He was first an ensign in James Ramsay's [SSNE 3315] regiment, and then in David Drummond's [SSNE 2396] recruited infantry regiment. Possibly the same as ensign Andrew Balfour who was in James Spens'[SSNE 1642] regiment in 1632.
