Thomas Finch was an Englishman who served as part of the aborted embassy of Sir Dudley Diggs [SSNE 3958] to Russia in 1618. After Diggs returned home, Finch travelled with his uncle, Thomas Leake [SSNE 1936], to Moscow to return money to the Tsar as part of a loan from the Muscovy Company.
