William Naughty was established at Elsinore by 1547. He married Anne Olufsdatter (dead by 9/9/1575). His second wife Elline was dead by by 8/8/1592. He paid taxes 1556-82, his widow Elline 1584-91. Apparently he had no children. Naughty was established as a burgess by 1564, butcher and innkeeper (Strandgade). A complaint raised against him that he lodged people of doubtful reputation. The estate was assessed 8/8/1592; he house in Sudergade at 110 daler, debts c.80 daler to George Mar; Naughty.'s heirs were Johanne Jensdatter (in service at Gundestrup), Magdalene Jensdatter (unlocalized) and Petronelle Jensdatter of RonnebyT.
