Reporting changes to UK Visas and Immigration
Visit the UK government’s website to learn how to report changes to your personal details to UK Visas and Immigration.
Reporting changes to the University
Email visas@st-andrews.ac.uk to report any changes.
Overstaying
The UK government will not remind you of your visa expiry date. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not stay in the UK after your visa expires.
Overstaying is a criminal offence, regardless of how short the overstay may be. It can lead to deportation and affect future immigration applications to the UK and other countries.
Criminal convictions
Breaking the law can affect your visa status. You may be deported if you commit a crime.
If you have any questions or need advice, email advint@st-andrews.ac.uk to contact the University’s International Advisers.
