Futurescaping Space Podcast Series
A cross-disciplinary team led by Claire Cousins have created a 5-part podcast series entitled Futurescaping Space. This series explores humankind’s fascination and forays into space, from first charting the heavens to our near-future geopolitical jostling within Low-Earth Orbit and outwards to the Moon and Mars. This series discusses what these activities can reveal about our own home planet and us as a spacefaring species, including whether we should be even going into space in the first place. A new episode will be released every Monday of September 2024, and can be found here.
Produced by Ruth Sanderson and presented by Dr Claire Cousins (School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, University of St Andrews).
