Through Entrepreneurial St Andrews we are siphoning academic excellence into sustainable, social and commercial innovation. We want to apply our world-leading research to identify problems and find solutions.
The University is investing in the Eden Campus to establish a regional focus for innovation, with the Entrepreneurship Centre on site to provide start-up opportunities, practical training courses and events. The Eden Campus also nurtures spin-outs, supporting regeneration at a local level and groundbreaking, innovative research at a national level.
Entrepreneurship Centre
At its heart is the Entrepreneurship Centre, which opened in September 2021. So far it has provided over 200 students, academics and professional services staff with everything from the practical training programmes, resources and expert mentoring advice required to turn ideas into reality.
Entrepreneurial Education
Students remain at the core of all that we do. They have access to Entrepreneurial Education initiatives, which have been introduced to the core curriculum across all faculties. This approach is opening doors to all students and teaching the concepts of entrepreneurship.
