Andy Smith wins RSC Charles Rees Award 2018

Professor Andy Smith is this year's recipient of the Charles Rees Award for organic heterocyclic chemistry.

Andy received his award 'for the development of organocatalysis methodology to synthesise new heterocyclic ring systems'. Details can be found on the RSC website.

The School's new staff member Allan Watson has been awarded the EuCheMS Division of Organic Chemistry, Young Investigator Award 2018. Congratulations!
