The Assistant Chaplain, Revd Giles Dove

Greetings!  I am excited to be joining the Chaplaincy as Assistant Chaplain.  I have a long association with the University, having completed undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at St Andrews.  My professional career has included senior management positions in External Relations and Development in the Education sector.  I have also served as Chaplain and Head of Divinity & Religious Studies at Glenalmond College, and as a Research Assistant in St Mary's College.  An Anglican priest, ordained in the Scottish Episcopal Church, I am active in ministry, including serving as Chaplain of Glamis Castle,  Assistant Priest at All Saints' Church in St Andrews and Duty Chaplain at Westminster Abbey.  I am married to Kate.  We met in our first term as undergraduates, perhaps setting a precedent for others to meet and marry a girl called Kate at St Andrews.
