All programmes and projects within the Business Transformation Portfolio report to the Business Transformation Board and are subject to the business transformation policy‌.

This policy ensures that all Business Transformation initiatives are governed, developed and delivered in a consistent and controlled manner following principles of programme and project management best practice.
