• Strategy support

  The purpose of these services is to support the creation of strategy and supporting plans through the use of frameworks, tools and facilitated consultation activity.

• Business architecture

  The purpose of these services is to support a holistic, cross University design and maintenance of operational architecture and in turn enable the identification of key projects to be delivered in line with strategy.

• Portfolio management

  The purpose of these services is to enable the Business Transformation Board (BTB) to prioritise, plan and guide the Business Transformation Portfolio.

• Business analysis

  The purpose of these services is to complete planned business analysis activities on assigned initiatives as prioritised by the BTB.

• Programme and project management

  The purpose of these services is to complete planned programme or project management on assigned initiatives as prioritised by the BTB.

• Service enhancement

  The purpose of these services is to support the identification, prioritisation and delivery of projects under the governance of the education and student experience strategies management groups, and the University's sustainability governance structures alongside the support of less complex change being progressed within the University's schools and units.

• Centre of expertise

  The purpose of these services is to support the delivery of change through access to standard methods and processes, training and coaching, internal consultancy, facilitation and assurance.
