Behavioural, experimental and theoretical economics group
The Behavioral, experimental, and theoretical economics research cluster brings together researchers working on microeconomic and decision theory, behavioural and experimental economics as well as a wide range of topics in applied theory, such as public economics, political economics, industrial organisation, environmental economics, trade, health, education and economics of information.
Activities
The cluster meets regularly during the academic year to discuss research ideas and hosts seminar speakers as part of the departmental seminar series.
In May 2023, the cluster organised a two-day workshop bringing together leading researchers in the fields of behavioral, experimental, and theoretical economics from universities in Scotland and northern England.
