Professor Philip Roscoe

Dr Cinla Akinci

Cinla is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of St Andrews Business School, with prior experience at the University of Surrey. Her research explores intuition's role in decision making and organisational learning, often involving fieldwork within UK police organisations. Cinla's expertise extends to mixed-method research and her work has been published in leading journals. Prior to academia, she worked in business development and project management.

Giulia Giunti joined the University of St Andrews as an Associate Lecturer in 2019. Prior to that she earned a PhD at the University of Birmingham (UK) with 'no corrections', where she also completed a Masters degree. She holds a BSc and an MSc from the University of Pisa (Italy).
