Professor John Wilson
John Wilson is Professor of Banking and Finance, Head of the Department of Finance, and Director of the Centre for Responsible Banking and Finance at the University of St Andrews. He serves on multiple editorial boards, including the Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, and has held significant roles such as Treasurer of the British Accounting and Finance Association and full panel member of the 2021 Research Evaluation Framework Sub-panel for Business and Management Studies.

Dr Jimmy Chen
Jimmy is a Lecturer in Banking and Finance at St Andrews. He completed his PhD in Finance in 2011 and MLitt in Finance and Management in 2007 at the University, and his BA (Hons) in International Business, Finance and Economics in 2006 at the University of Manchester.

Professor Dimitris Chronopoulos
Dimitris Chronopoulos is a Professor of Banking and Finance at the University of St Andrews Business School and a member of the Centre for Responsible Banking and Finance. His research, focusing on financial intermediation and corporate finance, has been published in several leading journals, and he serves as an Associate Editor of the European Journal of Finance.

Dr Sapnoti Eswar
Sapnoti is a financial economist who works primarily in the area of corporate innovation, Venture Capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial regulation. Her research interests include evaluating the ways in which regulation affects firms, and the interactions between firms. She investigates the ways by which financial regulation can affect strategic behaviour of firms, especially mergers and acquisitions policy, innovation policy, and risk management policy.

Maria Chiara's research focuses on behavioural finance and banking systemic risk, particularly investors' nominal price preferences and market reactions to corporate events. Her recent work examines the impact of regulation on the resiliency and interconnectedness of the European banking system.
