Professor of Equalities & Organisation and Vice-Dean of Research & Impact
As the University of St Andrews's first Assistant Vice-Principal (Diversity), and current Co-Director of the Centre for Research into Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Professor Woodfield brings extensive senior management experience to her role. A trained mediator, she specialises in organisational success through equality and inclusion, with extensive publications on addressing workplace participation, progression, and belonging disparities.
