Carole Elliott
Professor of Leadership Development, with visiting professorships at Copenhagen Business School and Rennes School of Business
Professor Elliott's research, funded by prestigious institutions including the ESRC and The Leverhulme Trust, focuses on leadership learning and critical human resource development. She has co-edited several influential works, including "Gender, Media and Organisation" (2016) and "Genderwashing in Leadership" (2024).
Professor Elliott's contributions to the field have earned multiple accolades from the Academy of Human Resource Development, including the Outstanding HRD Scholar Award in 2022. She currently co-Chairs the University Forum for Human Resource Development.
