Vincent Delieuvin is a Senior Curator in the Department of Paintings at the Louvre where he is in charge of the whole collection of 16th c. Italian paintings. Since he joined the Louvre in 2006, he curated or co-curated a few major exhibitions such as 'Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese: Rivals in Renaissance Venice' in 2009 , 'Late Raphael' and 'Leonardo da Vinci's St Anne' in 2012, and the major show dedicated to Leonardo in 2019 to mark the 500th anniversary of the painter's death.
An internationally recognised scholar on Italian Renaissance painting, Vincent Delieuvin will talk about the multiple and diverse challenges of curating an exhibition on the most famous and celebrated Renaissance painter.
