Managed properties

There are properties throughout St Andrews. They range in size from two to five-person, with one larger property for seven. The fixed term contracts for these properties mainly run from September to August each year, with a limited number available from June to June.

The rents quoted do not include costs for heat, light and power or any telephone or internet. Students are responsible for organising services directly with the utility providers.‌
