Organisational and Staff Development Services (OSDS)

Organisational and Staff Development Services (OSDS) delivers a wide range of professional development programmes for all University staff – academic, research and professional. These include the ‘Passport’ programs, online training and mentoring and coaching for staff. OSDS also supports organisational change and wellbeing, the Healthy Working Lives Award, the HR Excellence in Research Award, and leads on and contributes to a range of other University-wide initiatives.

OSDS works as a strategic partner with Human Resources to deliver the University People Strategy, to create greater efficiency and stronger synergies across each element of the employee journey, and to create the conditions where individuals and the organisation can achieve higher levels of performance.
